- The next day: you'll eat raspberries or watermelon.
- The next day: you can eat variety of fruits like watermelon, blueberry, noon apricot, or you can try black currant.
- For the 6th day: plum for morning meal, for lunch you will eat pineapple, in the evening watermelon
- The final day: you have to eat only apples or watermelon from day meal to evening
